My name is Kristi Pon. I am a 4th Grade Reading and Writing teacher. Next fall I will start my eighth year of teaching. I am mom to two adorable cats, Jupy and Luna. My husband and I have been married for almost 7 years. I love all animals. Growing up we had many different dogs which is where my love of animals started. I love reading, spending time with my friends, traveling and music!
Shannon and Wayne have been involved in athletics their whole lives.
Shannon grew up involved in gymnastics and track, and was originally a cyclist by necessity for transportation. "I've seen my share of health issues, which lead me to yoga, competitive running and triathlon.
Several years ago people began asking me for advice, and it worked for them, and I realized this is 'teaching' which I'd been doing all my life. So I received several certifications (Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Personal Trainer, etc). Then began helping others with their training and nutrition, and overcoming the obstacles of health and medical issues.
I couldn't be more satisfied in my life. The 3 things I love the most: "Music, Pets, Fitness". All are linked by love and helping others. Who could ask for anything more?
